Thoughts

I had the pleasure of working under Terry in the 90s. All of the bosses I've had both before and after, Terry was by far the best. Why? Because he was fair, supportive, great at his job and, above all, fun. That is why he commanded respect and garnered the utmost loyalty from his team. Terry exemplified the work hard play hard ethos. We'd always ensure that everything was done to the highest standards whilst ensuring that we met deadlines etc. This meant that we'd be in pole position to take a long lunch in the Phoenix on a Friday afternoon, before returning to the office to uncork some red in advance of a return to the same venue at 6pm. Happy days. I left the team in 99 but remained in contact with Terry in the years that followed. What a fantastic bloke. I'll miss him dearly but his memory will live strong, as the vivid memories of fabulous nights out with him are embedded. here's to you Terry. A great boss and friend. Oscar

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
